Error codes help our Development team to identify what sort of issue may be occurring.

If you come across an error message with an error code ID, please contact our friendly support team via support@zitcha.com.

Please include as much information as possible and including the information below in your message for a quicker resolution:

  • The code ID provided in the error message.
  • A full-screen capture or recording.
  • A description of the actions taken prior to the error message displaying.
  • Order/Ad Ids of related orders if applicable
