There are a couple of reasons why Ads aren't showing in the Page Ads Library:
1. Ads aren't published yet and are still under review. Most ads are being reviewed by Facebook within 24 hours. Although in some cases it may take longer, they'll go on live automatically once approved.
2. Ads aren't scheduled to run yet. You may check the start time and date of the Ad. Once the Ad is submitted it will go through ad review but won’t begin delivering until your start date.
Only ads that are currently active will be displayed in the Retailer's Facebook Page's Ads Library.
