How to set up your timezone and approval window

As a Retailer, you have the ability to set your timezone and an approval window to prevent Brands from scheduling orders outside work hours. This will allow you to approve orders prior to their start time.

Follow the below steps on how to update your settings:

1. Click My Settings from the Settings menu:


2. Select your timezone (1)

3. Select your opening (2) and closing times (3)

4. Enter the minimum number of hours you require to review and approve an order. (4)


5. Click the Save button. (See image in Step two)


If an order is created outside your approval window or scheduled to go live on a past date, the following error messages will be displayed:
