How to deactivate a space?

As a Retailer, you'll have the ability to deactivate certain Spaces on your website so that the Suppliers you partner with can't place ads within that property.

Follow these steps to deactivate a space:

1. With a Zitcha admin account, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of your Dashboard then select Channel Settings. 

2. Click on the Settings button under Web Ads.

3. Click the Spaces tab name to list all available spaces. You can use the Search box to search for a particular space. Click the Space you want to deactivate. This will open the settings page of the space.

4. Within the selected space, click the Deactivate button to disable the space.

Inactive spaces will be labelled Inactive.
