Australian independent retail media platform Zitcha has named Nick Hinsley the company’s chief revenue officer.

Formerly the senior vice president of sales for customer data platform Lexer, Hinsley has a 20-year career including a wealth of experience in sales that has equipped him to shepherd revenue growth as the company gears up for an ambitious North American expansion - with major brands such as Microsoft, LEGO, Asahi, Samsung and Nestle already onboarded.

At Lexer, Hinsley was responsible for growing the CDP client base to over 200 brands,

including the likes of Cotton On Group, Kathmandu Brands, Just Group, The Iconic, Village Roadshow Limited, Asahi Group and more. Earlier in his career, he was a founding team member of QMS media and was a digital committee member of the Australian Retailers Association.

Troy Townsend, CEO and co-founder of Zitcha, said: “We’re excited to welcome Nick to the Zitcha team, particularly at a time of such unprecedented growth in the retail media space.

“Retail media is red hot right now, and we’re confident Nick’s proven track record will be a key piece of the puzzle in driving revenue for both our customers and ourselves as we look to the future.”
